How far in advance should I book a party bus?

We recommend booking your party bus at least 2-3 months in advance, especially for peak seasons (prom, wedding season, holidays). For popular dates, some clients book 6 months to a year ahead. However, we always try to accommodate last-minute bookings when possible, so don’t hesitate to contact us regardless of your timeline.

What is included in the rental price?

Our rental prices include the vehicle, professional chauffeur, fuel, standard amenities (sound system, lighting, climate control), basic bar setups (ice, mixers, glassware), insurance, and cleaning fees. Special requests or premium amenities may incur additional charges. We pride ourselves on transparent pricing with no hidden fees.

Can we bring our own food and drinks?

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food and beverages, including alcohol (for guests 21+). We provide coolers with ice, cups, and basic bar setups. Please note that smoking is not permitted in any of our vehicles, and we ask that you dispose of trash properly using the provided bins.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 30+ days before your event receive a full refund minus a $100 administrative fee. Cancellations 15-29 days prior receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 15 days before the event are non-refundable. We understand that plans change, so we try to be as flexible as possible with rescheduling options.

How many people can fit in your party buses?

Luxury Party Bus accommodates up to 19 passengers. We strictly adhere to these capacity limits for safety and comfort.

Do you provide transportation outside of Akron and Cleveland?

While we primarily serve the Akron and Cleveland areas, we also provide service to surrounding regions including Canton, Massillon, Medina, and other nearby cities. For longer distances or out-of-state travel, additional fees may apply. Contact us with your specific needs, and we’ll provide custom pricing.

What safety measures do you take?

Safety is our top priority. All our vehicles undergo regular maintenance checks, and our chauffeurs are professionally trained with clean driving records. They are also background-checked, drug-tested, and fully licensed. Our vehicles are equipped with safety features and first aid kits. We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage for all our services.

Can we make multiple stops during our rental period?

Absolutely! We can accommodate multiple pickup and drop-off locations, as well as stops throughout your itinerary. We simply ask that you provide us with the planned stops in advance so we can plan the most efficient route. Last-minute stops can also be arranged directly with your chauffeur during the trip.
